LISBON, September 7 (Xinhua) — Portuguese President Anibal Cavaco Silva on Friday inaugurated the country‘s first nano-material production facility in the central Portuguese city of Coimbra.

The Innovnano factory, funded by Group Jose de Mello to the tune of 10 million euros (12.7 million U.S. dollars), creates 40 high-tech jobs. Over 90 percent of its production will be exported.
